General Terms and Conditions

1. Availability & Booking

All photography packages are subject to availability. To confirm your booking, an advance retainer of INR 10,000 is required. This payment ensures your date is secured, as we operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Without the retainer, your booking is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Terms

- 80% of the total package cost must be paid before the first day of the shoot.

- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final album and videos.

- We request timely payments to avoid follow-up reminders, as we believe in keeping all dealings straightforward.

3. Power Supply & Accommodation

Clients are responsible for arranging power supply at the venue for our lighting setup. Additionally, if required, accommodations for the team must be provided by the client.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Crystal Wedding Filmers retains full copyright over all images and video footage. We may use select images/videos on our website and social media to showcase our work, but these will not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties. If you prefer not to have your images displayed, a higher fee will apply for photography/videography services.

5. Customized Packages

We offer a variety of packages tailored to different preferences and budgets, ensuring top-quality service in every option. Custom packages are also available to suit specific needs.
